Admission to Secondary 1 is governed by the Secondary School Placement Allocation (SSPA) administered annually by the Education Bureau to Primary 6 pupils from all over the territory. Admission for the S1 discretionary places is based on students’ performance in interviews, academic attainments, attainments in extra-curricular activities and conduct.

Allocation of places to Secondary 4 is based on the Junior Secondary Education Assessment (JSEA) system.

Admission to Secondary 6 is processed according to the Secondary Six Admission Procedure devised by the Education Bureau.
