Visit to the Yangtze River Delta Area 2007

The Moral, Civic and National Education Committee, with the sponsorship of BOGA Ltd., organized a trip for 20 senior students to the Yangtze River Delta Area on 17-21/10/07. The trip included visits to 3 factories, some museums and some scenic places in Shanghai and Suzhou. Students visited a state-owned steel factory and a car plant in Shanghai as well as a private firm in Suzhou Industrial Estate. These visits enhanced students’ knowledge about economic and management concepts. It also enriched their knowledge about eastern China and the economic development of the Yangtze Delta Area. The trip broadened students’ horizon and provided good opportunities for life-wide learning.
